This product is a set of SMT back-end soldering inspection production line integrating double-track reflow soldering, 2.8 flat transfer machine, 0.85 double-track docking station, AOI inspection equipment, 0.6 cooling docking station and 800×600 worktable. Through precise mechanical structures and intelligent control systems, the entire process of PCB board from soldering to inspection is automated. The dual-track reflow soldering can handle PCB boards from two production lines simultaneously.
