Adopting a full-process automated layout of "board loading → board separation → multi-machine insertion → soldering → inspection → material cutting", multiple AI insertion machines achieve efficient and precise component insertion, wave soldering completes large-scale soldering, and AOI after the furnace realizes full inspection. Each link is linked through an intelligent control system to meet the large-scale efficient production and quality control requirements of through-hole type PCB boards.
